By completing payment, you agree:

​

• No calls, meetings, or live support

• No revisions

• Independent execution required

• Delivery within 7–10 days after intake submission

• Non-refundable once intake is submitted

• Limited to 2 clients only

1. System Setup Fee (Non-Refundable)

​

The System Setup Fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. This fee covers the initial system configuration, ICP research, outbound infrastructure setup, campaign preparation, and proprietary data sourcing that begin immediately upon contract execution and/or receipt of payment.

Upon completion of the setup phase, the setup deliverables — including campaign structure, messaging frameworks, and system configuration — are considered client-owned assets and remain available to the client regardless of whether ongoing services continue.

2. System Management Fee (Monthly Retainer)

​

The monthly System Management Fee is non-refundable once the service period has started. This fee covers active system operation, outreach execution, monitoring, optimization, infrastructure costs, and ongoing maintenance during the billing cycle.

Performance Remedy

If PredictiveLead.io fails to meet the agreed Sales Qualified Appointment (SQA) volume outlined in the Service Agreement for a given month, we will continue providing system management services at no additional cost in the following period until the agreed delivery shortfall is recovered.
This performance remedy is the sole and exclusive resolution for service delivery shortfalls and does not include monetary refunds.

3. Service Cancellation

​

Clients may cancel the System Management service with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Performance Disclaimer

​

PredictiveLead.io does not guarantee sales revenue, deal closures, or specific financial outcomes. Our services are designed to deliver qualified sales conversations through outbound execution based on agreed criteria and market conditions.
